These dishes are served in our special chaffing sets which keep the food hot for up to 2 hours

 Prices are based on a minimum of 50 people

Cooked with cream tomato corriander traditional tikka spices and herbs served with pilau rice and riata

Spiced vegetable curry with corriander

Potato, onion, spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms and tomatoes cooked with indian spices served with mushroom rice 

Chicken chasseur

Classic French dish chicken cooked with shallots mushrooms tomato and tarragon sauce served with steamed rice

Peppered chicken noir

Another French classic cooked with shallots mushrooms brandy stock black pepper and cream sauce with diced fried potato

Chili con carne

Prime beef mince and beans cooked in a spicy tomato sauce with sour cream and steamed rice

Beef bourginonne

Diced prime cuts of beef cooked with baby onions button mushrooms bacon and red wine sauce with parsley rice

Beef goulash

Diced prime cuts of beef cooked with paprika pepper herbs wine vegetables and potatoes

Lamb rogan josh

Tender lamb slow cooked with medium hot spices onions tomatoes and herbs with rice

Pork stroganoff

Best strips of tender pork cooked with shallots mushrooms brandy mustard and cream sauce with rice

Garlic herb pork
